Overview

89 Points - Wine Enthusiast
Viognier is a major grape on the Rhone region of France and is relatively rare in California. It's a crisp, refreshing white wine with a medium to full body. Lychee, peaches, pears, apricots, bold aromas of flowers and citrus - this wine reminds us of all of the above.

2015 was an interesting year. Hot, cool, warm, cold. Ripening was accelerated du to a late heat spike but quick action requested in harvesting very nice fruit. After harvest the grapes went directly into the press and the juice was pumped into a stainless steel tank for fermentation.

The wine was fermented at a low temperature to maximize the fruity aromas and flavors. Very little intervention was needed to bring maximum flavor and in the quality to this wine.
